This beautiful vacation home with pool is located in the small village Volme, not far from Pula and Medulin. It consists of two fully equipped accommodation units, which are connected by outdoor stairs. Relax on one of the balconies in the evening hours and on the hot summer days refresh yourself in the pool. In just a few minutes walk you can reach beautiful beaches. Visit the numerous cultural-historical sights in Pula and take part in the various entertainment options that this city offers. Visit also the small resorts of Banjole, Premantura and Medulin. Spend a relaxing vacation in the old fishing village and discover the natural beauties, small bays, crystal clear sea and the smell of pine trees.

Anreise 15 Uhr , 1 Stunde vor geplanter Übergabe Haus sehr schmutzig und teilweise im unfertigen Bauzustand. Putzfrauen waren unfreundlich und verschwanden nach unseren Eintreffen spurlos. Schwester der Vermieterin kam , spricht deutsch. Meinte wir können uns alles ansehen , wir haben unsere Sichteinschätzung u. Mängel bekanntgegeben , darauf verschwand diese auch. Nun saßen wir im Chaos 2,5 Std ohne Übergabe und kontaktierten 5x Novasol. Diese haben ständig abgewiegelt , wollten Fotos oder gaben uns Kontakt zu novasol vor Ort. Diese waren nicht bereit uns zu helfen oder gar die 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Büro zum Ferienhaus zu leisten. Im ganzen war Novasol eine reine Katastrophe. Keiner half oder rief jemals wie versprochen zurück, auch nach mail Verkehr und entsprechenden Fotos kam nix . Wir kontaktieren die Eigentümer, welche dann auch nach 17:30 Uhr erschien. Nach Besichtigung des Objektes war diese sprachlos und erkannte den sehr schlechten Zustand an. Darauf bat sie uns doch einige Stunden um den Zustand zu beheben o zu verbessern . Wir wurden gebeten doch etwas länger essen zu gehen . 21:30uhr waren wir am Objekt zurück. Hier wurde weiter gereinigt . Mängel u a , Küchengeräte und Abzughaube komplett versottet. Kühlschrank dreckig , Schimmel. Wasser im Gemüsefach 10cm, stank abartig. Böden im gesamten Haus schmutzig , Haare im Bettzeug. Pool Bodeneinlauf offen. Kein Schutzgitter , Pflasterung um den Pool mit gravierenden Mängeln , Sturzgefahr. Zwischen den Pflastersteinen um den Pool stand 40 cm hoch Gras. Liegen und Sonnenschirme glichen einer Müllhalde. Außenanlagen empfing uns mit diversen Müllsäcken und losen Müll im Eingangsbereich , 7 Säcke mit Flaschen und Bierdosen. Sommerküche im Rohbau , freiliegende Strom Kabel im Haus bzw. im Badezimmer. 3 Duschvorhänge mit extremen Schimmelbefall. Ekelhaft. Besteck und Töpfe in einen nicht zu nutzenden Zustand . Gartenanlage verwildert , Spielgeräten nicht nutzbar , Trampolin stand auf einer schrägen Fläche und war def. . Poolreinigung kam 2x . Mit Fahrzeug auf dem Novasol Service stand . Die beiden Herren waren jedesmal Max 3 Minuten am Objekt. Gereinigt wurde der Pool nie . Lediglich Chlor wurde geprüft und bebildert. Der Poolkäscher wurde nie benutzt, obwohl diverse Tiere und Schmutz und Sandecken im Pool zu sehen war , auch 3 Skorpione die im Pool lagen , wurden nicht entfernt. Meine Familie und ich wollten hier unseren 1 Hochzeitstag feiern und gut den Urlaub verbringen , schade
