The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system and a first aid kit in all accommodation. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

• Only Muslims can go into the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
• In accordance with local laws, unmarried guests may be restricted from sharing rooms. Guests are obligated to provide proof of marriage, if requested by the property.
• Couples who want to share a room are obligated to provide proof of marriage.
• One child aged 6 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed on site.
