The room did not reflect 5*
The restaurant for breakfast was appalling. Standard of food was awful.
I paid for breakfast on the day. The lady who served me let me pay then told me I only have 2 minutes left. Why did she not mention this before taking my money!!!
There was no tea left and barely any food. The food that was available was cold.
In the room, none of the shower gel and shampoo pumps were working. I had to open up the bottles to get the liquids out. I left them open for housekeeping to sort out and it was just left there.
There were 3 people booked in my room and only 2 towels were in the room. Even after i asked for 3 towels only 2 were put in the bathroom.
There was 1 old dental pack in the bathroom. No replacement given. No shaving kit.
My room was totally neglected. I feel I was not valued as a customer. This is not what I paid for.
