Beds really need an upgrade, quite uncomfortable and loud as the springs pop. An alternative flooring needs to be considered in wheelchair accessible rooms, as carpet is an unacceptable choice because it causes mobility issues; but it was clean, lots of space to maneuver. Breakfast was great, except for the line up for the waffle maker, but it was all well stocked and fresh. Pool could stand be a little warmer in the winter too.

Kids from hockey teams yelling, playing mini sticks, and running up and down the hallways until 12am when we asked them for the second time to either quiet down or go to their rooms or foyer. The front desk staff apologized during our checkout and said this has been a problem in the past but they didn’t take any steps to find a solution to the problem. Maybe making a meeting room available for kids to hang out in as opposed to the hallway, or putting as many of the team bookings on the lower levels and non-team related bookings on the top floor would be a start?
