I reserved a room with a king bed, microwave, and refrigerator on the ground floor. I called the motel 2 days before arrival to confirm those details and was told by “Nick” that everything was arranged. I was going to Medford for a spinal consult and needed the microwave for moist heat for my back and refrigerator for my medicine. No microwave, no refrigerator. I was in a handicap room (I’m 83 and have COPD) that had a very low toilet and not a handrail anywhere People yelling in the parking lot at 1:15 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Dog poop everywhere—in the grass and on the pavement.
