⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent Stay, But Not My Style I have nothing bad to say about my experience overall you get what you pay for. On my first day, there was a lack of communication and synchronicity between Expedia and the hotel. I originally booked a two-bed room with a city view but was placed in a one-bed room instead. Thankfully, I had a screenshot of my booking details before it was taken down, so the issue was resolved. Then I was told I had to pay for a second guest even though my room rate included two people that part was frustrating and felt unnecessary. The shower door didn’t close properly, and there was loud music at night, which made it hard to rest. Outside of those issues, the staff were friendly, room service was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Would I stay here again? Probably not, I prefer something more upscale to fit my taste and only stayed here for a friend’s birthday. Overall, it’s a decent, budget-friendly hotel I’d recommend to travelers looking to save money and don’t mind a few hiccups along the way.

This was my first time in Medellin, Colombia and I went for my birthday. Glow does a great job with communication, especially when it came to booking a transportation transfer from airport to hotel and back. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and really tried to assist in whatever they could. Special shout out to Santiago, Alejandro and Belys! These 3 workers really stood out from the rest ! If you’re planning on going to El Plabado, consider staying here. One thing to keep in mind- if you are a light sleeper and don’t like outside noise, this isn’t for you. The area is full of clubs and bars with lots of loud music coming from the next blocks. I loved it, so it didn’t bother me. But just remember that. Thank you!

I got here on 8/14 (last Thursday). My check-in experience was easy, convenient. The lady (I should've gotten her name) who checked me in was very professional, fast and friendly. I appreciate the fact that she explained everything in English to me. It's a very cute, clean hotel. The room.was super clean and nice. There is a restaurant/bar upstairs. There's also one in the lobby as well- super convenient. I love the fact that it's convenient to get around- there are many restaurants, bars, nightclubs. If you happened to do any excursions- most likely they'll want you to meet them at /by the Poblado Park which is walkable from here. Currency exchange is literally across the street. If I were to come back to the beautiful Medellin- definitely will be back here. Check them out. You won't regret it.

Fantastic location, conveinent to walk to Provenza, pretty safe at night too, and easy to find food in the area. The room with the jacuzzi did have some drawbacks (where maybe I would go for one of the other floors in the future): - The shower would leak into the hallway through the wall. - Sound isolation through the door was quite limited, as I could hear hallway discussions or music pretty easily.
