Couldn't find it.

We tried to locate the apartment but the address provided was in the wtomg format and we could not locate the building. Even though we asked at several buildings in the area (calle 1), none knew anything about the rental. All attempts to call and text the owner went inanswered. Contacted VRBO customer service and they could not reach the owner either. Still waiting for an answer from VRBO as to the disposition of my refund.
