Overall, our stay was good and we appreciate the hospitality. However, we would like to suggest a few improvements specifically related to the dining experience: 1. Private Dining Arrangements: It would be beneficial to have separate dining spaces for families who prefer privacy, especially for women who observe modesty and choose not to reveal their faces in front of non-mahram individuals. 2. Sunnah-Inspired Dining Options: Incorporating options for floor seating, in line with the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), would not only be spiritually fulfilling for many guests but could also enhance your appeal to a wider audience seeking a more traditional experience. 3. Hand-Slaughtered Meat Options: Offering hand-slaughtered (zabiha) meat would be highly appreciated by guests who follow this dietary requirement. This addition could increase trust and attract more guests who prioritize this aspect in their meals. Thank you again for the overall positive experience. I love the place and it’s convenient to the Haram. I did not like the way I welcomed when check in. We arrived a day late and still paid for the day however when asked to upgrade I was given mistreatment.

The best hotel

Excellent service and friendly staff

We came to stay here as a family and were very delighted with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. There was a good variety of breakfast choices available for all. The main reason we chose to stay here was at it was of close walking distance to the haram. During the day there was many places where we could go shopping and places to eat.
