We had a lovely stay there, highly recommended. It’s very close yo AlHaram, the only downside is you’ll need to change lifts and it can be a bit slow. We booked twin room with partial Kaaba view and it was comfortable, clean and the view to AlKaaba was great. The bathroom is small and needs an upgrade but we could live with it. The staff were excellent, very professional and courteous - special shoutout to the lady who checked us in - can’t remember her name- and the breakfast staff especially the gentleman at the “fool/fave beans”station and Safwan for making our stay extra special

Excellent service and people on front desk were very helpful. It was a smooth check in and also upgraded our room to a partial Kaaba view one which was absolutely wonderful.

Love staying at Swiss Al Maqam but the service was awful. They lost my package and I had to keep chasing them after every prayer to get an update until the last day before checkout, they found. The room key kept deactivating. We was on the 27th floor so had to go back 5 times to get news let’s which was ridiculous.

The full kaba view was amazing but check in with the female was horrible. She said the payment did not go through even though the bank showef otherwise. After an hour of anxiety we went to a male and he went onto the account and saw it was paid. The woman was not helpful and did not double check, het attitide wad dismissive and it was not a good feeling. The elevators of this hotel can be accessed by anyone enyering tbe clock towers and they should look into safety. There was a strange man following a young girl on the elevators from clock tower into this hotel. The servers and room servoce was good.

The rooms are supposed to be nin smoking but we where moved twice because prior guest break the non smoking rule and smell the rooms up. There was quite a wait to e moved, sometimes up to a hour. Good access to the mall and food court and to Mosque
