From arrival to checkout, every aspect of this hotel was unprofessional. If you book and pay on Expedia, after arrival they will claim you didn’t actually pay (even if you show them the receipt) and they demand you to make an extra payment. They don’t recognize Expedia bookings. The receptionist desk usually does not have anyone around to help, so be prepared to wait twenty minutes before someone will come to help. If they are around they typically give misinformation.
The room itself is old, outdated, and extremely cramped. There is construction going on in the building and you will hear drilling late into the night.
While the location is good and near the Haram, it’s not worth staying in an unpleasant environment after exhausting days spent doing umrah. Do not book here and save yourself the headache.
