The good - the reception staff, the price The bad - the breakfast (the danish pastries were far and few between the hotel guests, and super dry, expect very basic, and cold breakfast), the bathroom sink silicone was molded (forgot to take a picture), the shower gel ran out, the details on the Expedia page are misleading, the hotel is not a 3 minute drive from Kaaba. It’s at-least 10 minutes drive from Kaaba.

Overall stay was good. However the internet didnt work most of the time. Stayed here for 4 nights and the internet was a major issue. Being Ramada they should have fixed it within a day. Also the mattress wasnt comfortable.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Room was dirty when I checked in and had to change the room which took 3 hours. Housekeeping was also poor and I had requested room cleaning which was not done.
