The room were not in good condition, they were water damage stains on the walls and the bathroom had a leak under the sink. The bathroom was always wet. I was asked to pay during check in for the entire stay. If I left I would of Lost my money

The Buses leading to haram are a joke, they dont send to haram direclty, rather to another bus stop which then there are tons of people from a bunch of other hotels trying to catch the connecting bus. Also their schedule is another joke, sometimes its on time and sometimes not. If I knew how messy was this “bus to haram” thing I would of never booked there.

The bus drops you off far- if it was a shuttle or something that takes you closer that would be great. The staff is okay, some good and some not so good, depends on who you get. This is my second time staying here, for the price it’s very good but you have to keep in mind that you’ll be paying anywhere from 10-20 riyal to go to Haram each time. To come back depending on the time, 15-30 riyal is what they can ask.
