The studio room with king bed and two bath rooms was excellent. The hotel shuttle services needs improvement. Bus was not very frequent and space was not available on return due to other non-resident hotel users using our bus.

This hotel was a 3 star at most- not 5. The room was not well cleaned and the facilities were old. If you're willing to travel to the Haram, I would recommend choosing another hotel for a similar price the same distance away, but in much better condition. Was quite disappointed.
