Great location, 2-3 minutes walk to the yard of the great mosque. Property is older and not well maintained. All the table lamps flickered from poor electrical connection from the light switches. Bathroom smells of urine and urine stain near the toilets. I told the front desk first day of arrival and they said they would clean it right away. When I left next day the smell was still there. Staff is great and helpful.

The hotel was pristine, the food was divine and we were impressed by the hospitality and welcoming nature of all the staff at the hotel. A special thank you to Kawther who cleaned our room and made sure we were well looked after. The location is excellent and so close to the Haram- we would choose this hotel every time.

I stayed in this hotel years back. It was neat and nice. Now it degraded a lot. Kind of abandoned... sad... to be specific, the phone in the room was not working which presents a hazard to the guests. Also the internet was almost inexistent. I had to use my phone data.

Would definitely recommend

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself is very well refurbished. I appreciated the fact that they provide a dial key to mute and control the sound levels of the Haram imam. Breakfast is okay—nothing special, but it gets the job done. The lifts are a bit slow and small, but there are plenty of them. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
