Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend

Tried to charge for childrens breakfast when the booking was clearly made including breakfast. The policy was very unclear and felt it was very deceptive to add charges when I had fully paid already. After speaking to 3 different managers and disputing the breakfast was included without charge. The room was very spacious and view was nice. Cleaners were great. Only ruined by having to spend more than an hr arguing how my booking sclearly states breakfast.

During my stay, I found that the hotel could benefit from better clearance and air conditioning in the hallways. Unfortunately, my room was also unpleasant due to a strong odor, with bedsheets and pillows that smelled and did not feel fresh. This made my stay uncomfortable and below expectations.
