Very close to Haram. Clean spacious hotel but customer service can be better. We had a poor experience on arrival after 18hrs of travelling to be told there was no booking. After 15mins of worry and being upset it turned out the hotel had given our room to someone with a similar name. But they didnt apologise over this. Beds were awful, barely slept. Very hard. Hotel lovely but dont think we would return.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Because we were there mid-Feb, it was very busy and I think there were record crowds. For that reason, the 5 min walk to the haram took more than 10 mins (we also had a 4 year old with us) The hotel room itself was clean and well maintained. We had a lot of space for our little one to run around in and enough space for two of us to pray. Bathroom was also spacious and the shower was amazing. Now let's talk about the wonderful breakfast. This was phenomenal. The variety, the quality and the freshness. From a live egg station, there was a live pancake and waffle area, salads, cereals, hot buffet, drinks, juices and they even had a popcorn station! We would eat so much that we didn't need to have lunch! The staff were also quick in turning around dirty tables and very attentive. A massive 10 out 10 to Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah. We will be returning Insha'Allah
