the check inn and checkout was good. One day the room was not cleaned although no sign for do not disturb was placed. Cleanness was average. Bathroom amenities not refreshed during room cleaning. One day before my check out, after ten PM I have placed my shopping bags at my room door to reactivate the room key, I came back to the room and found my bags were not there. I went to the reception for a complain and they were very cold in response like it is my fault and it took them more than an hour to find my bags. The manager was not available and the receptionist could not get the camera to check who took the bags. After emailing to the property after one hour the manager came and they could see the3 cameras and locate my bags. While I was talking the receptionist about the loss of my belonging another customer approaches the reception for check inn, the receptionist just turns their head disrespecting the situation I had and moves on with the new customer. At least got my stuff back. this disrespect never happened to me before.

Great property. Room service can be hit or miss. Loved the concierge and reception. Never knew when the shuttles to the Haram were so ended up walking back and forth. The road in front is always jammed with taxis so there’s always a crowd. It’s accessible to many different food locations. I didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel.

I had an excellent stay. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and near the haram. The staff are all so nice and respectful. Would stay in this hotel again.

Amazing hotel

Stuff is very friendly, very close to the kabaa, room is very nice and clean. Food is so good . Everything was really great. If we visit Makka again I would love to stay in Hilton and repeat the experience

Great hotel, area easy access to gate 79 as this gate is always open for Umrah and kaba access. Clean polite and good employees for the most part. Not helpful if you have any questions where to go or hotel breakfast information!
