Great staff but the rooms need renovation like sheets on beds must be replaced.. they are Old and almost yellow from too many washings make it look very motel like facility. Shower doors are missing. There is no entertainment service. tv has limited Channels with language barrier.

Worst hotel, booked it 3 weeks in advance when I came to check in they said my reservation was cancelled which was a lie cause it still showed as confirmed booking. They basically sold my room for higher. Don’t book here you will be very disappointed. 3 others went through the same thing which is very stressful having to be with family, kids or elderly.

The location for this hotel to the Haram is 8 minutes walk at anytime , the best one can get close to haram I will highly recommend.. it’s clean a bit noisy but bearable 😊, should work more on breakfast , hard to find a seat if you are alone , tables are pre occupied by group of three to four . Overall a good 4 star rating , will love to visit again .
