Large property with a nice clean house. My grandkids enjoyed the lawn out front. No issues with the house. I would recommend this as a good family rental.

Our large family had a wonderful stay at Grammie's Place! We appreciated the great location and plenty of room for parking (as we had extra vehicles and trailers). The house has the charming old feel like you are staying at a grandmother's house, with all of the classic kitchen amenities and extra blankets that grandma would have, plus some new ones (like a Keurig and wifi). The open floor plan made it the perfect place for our family (with grandparents, parents, and older teens) to relax and enjoy meals and downtime together when we weren't enjoying the lake, dunes, or other local attractions - and we also enjoyed walking to the nearby included beachfront (especially around sunset time). We had a great visit!
