De trĂšs nombreux atouts pour ce duplex : - Le positionnement gĂ©ographique : possibilitĂ© de rayonner vers de nombreux sites touristiques - L’environnement : rĂ©sidence calme, arborĂ©e et sĂ©curisĂ©e, Ă  la pĂ©riphĂ©rie d’une ville trĂšs agrĂ©able - Le duplex lui-mĂȘme, dont les atouts majeurs sont les grandes terrasses, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©es, avec une vue remarquable sur la mer. - La communication avec l’hĂŽte (rĂ©activitĂ©, souplesse pour les horaires d’arrivĂ©e,
) Mais quelques dĂ©tails qui justifient la perte d’une Ă©toile : - ImpossibilitĂ© d’accĂ©der Ă  internet par la flybox (l’origine du problĂšme reste inconnue) - Divers dĂ©tails pratiques mineurs (douchette inopĂ©rante, des abat- jour cassĂ©s ou sans ampoule,

Belle vue panoramique

Le logement est conforme Ă  la description, Ă  noter la propretĂ© du logement. TrĂšs bonne communication avec l’hĂŽte qui est disponible et accessible. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous aurions aimĂ© avoir des transats pour en profiter davantage. A savoir que le duplex est situĂ© en hauteur au bout de la rĂ©sidence, prĂ©voir une montĂ©e assez rude si vous ĂȘtes Ă  pieds. A part cela, nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  M’diq.
