We had a great time at this wonderful property. Super clean accommodations, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful backyard were just a few highlights. The property owners were great with communication as well. We had a family group of seven adults and three kids, and everyone really enjoyed their stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Texas Lineman Rodeo

The house was perfect for our family in the way it was laid out. Although we weren't there much on fri and sat due to us being at the rodeo. Sunday morning was great. I'm an early riser anyway and coffee on the deck at sunrise was a great way to unwind after two days of activities. You have a beautiful place.

It was perfect

We enjoyed our 2 night-3 day stay very much. We were in town for a family wedding and everything was great. โ€œItโ€™s the little things that countโ€ as the say goes and we liked that some items that we forgot were there. The little kids loved the kids colorful plates, cups and silverware and I liked the big table! We will definitely stay there again!

This house was the perfect size and location for our trip to float the River, and go to Schlitterbahn.

Great Location

The property is right on the river as pictured. The water level was perfect for using the kayaks that they have available. We are the type of family that brings all the groceries for the trip and cook all our meals at home. This place had absolutely everything in the kitchen and grill to make this happen. The communication with the host both pre/post was awesome, we didn't need to speak with the host during because the house had everything we needed. The house is kept extremely clean for new arrivals.
