• Enter through the covered front door to an open living room and kitchen.
• In the kitchen you will find all the essentials for your cooking and dining needs, including kids dinnerware. A custom-made dining table includes seating for 8, and the kitchen island offers 4 additional seats.
• The living room offers an electric fireplace, perfect for setting the ambiance, board games, a poker set, Roku TV, and deck access.
• To the left of the main entrance, you will find a half bathroom/laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
• The main-level bedroom (sleeps 2) features a king size bed, Roku TV, deck access, and private en-suite with a double vanity and luxurious walk-in shower.
UPPER LEVEL
• Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.
• Bedroom 1 (the mountain room, sleeps 2) features a king size bed, Roku TV, and stunning mountain views.
• Bedroom 2 (the tree room, sleeps 2) features a queen size bed, Roku TV, and a desk for your remote work needs.
BASEMENT
• The spacious finished basement is perfect for your indoor enjoyment after a day of adventure, and features a pool table, retro arcade games, bar, kids playroom, electric fireplace, Roku TV, and access to the lower patio.
• Down a short hallway is the final bedroom (sleeps 4), which includes a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a pack-n-play and toddler cot available in the closet.
• Shared full bathroom.
OUTSIDE
• There is plenty of outdoor seating available to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area.
• On the upper deck, enjoy cooking on the gas grill and eating a meal at the table with seating for 8.
• Take a seat in the Adirondack chairs around the fire table for a beautiful sunset.
• On the lower patio, take a dip in the hot tub, play a round of cornhole, unwind in the egg swing, or congregate around the fire table with friends or family.
• L2 EV Charger - This is a ChargePoint and comes equipped with a J1772 connector. For Tesla, you will need a Tesla charging adapter to plug into the J1772 adapter.
OTHER AMENITIES
To get your trip started smoothly, we provide a limited assortment of essentials, such as a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and tissues in each bathroom, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, a dishwasher pod, and a small assortment of snacks.
SECURITY NOTICE
There are two outdoor cameras facing the front of the house to allow us to keep an eye on deliveries and weather conditions. There are no cameras inside or facing the rear of the house. Cameras are constantly recording.
RULES
NO PETS ALLOWED
Although we love our furry friends, we are not allowing pets in order to be sensitive to guests with allergies.
NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking inside our home or anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking of any kind will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and the guests will be asked to leave the property without refund.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to refrain from hosting parties on the property.
PARKING
There is parking for 4-5 vehicles on the paved driveway. Please note that the driveway is on an incline. An AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended during winter months. All wheels must be off the main road. Failure to follow parking rules may result in towed vehicles.
TRASH
Do not leave trash outdoors. All trash must be taken to the community dumpster, located at 4003 Peak Drive. Failure to remove trash from the property before departure will result in an additional cleaning fee.
MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
