1. There was no dishwasher and stove with oven as shown in the pictures 2. There was just one tiny hot plate which is extremely slow to cook anything 3. Ad did not say no oven...pictures show oven. They moved us to a room with full kitchen but we lost a bed(didn't mention that) when questioned was told both sofas pull out into beds. So 6 ft 7 350 lb athlete took 1 uncomfortable sofa bed and 3 women/kid took the other

This place labels itself a resort but the condition of building 4 and 5 were extreme dirty. They allow pets and don’t properly clean between for guests that don’t want pets. The room was extremely outdated and they only give two towels for four people. Do not stay here if you are expecting resort like comforts. Way below subpar. No elevators. You have to climb all the way to the third and floor with luggage.

The room was good, but food left in the fridge, so not cleaned well. Twenty minutes after arriving a family entered our room with a key. They were given the same room as us. They apologized and went to get it fixed. Later that night, after returning from dinner, our key no longer worked. The front desk personnel refused to come give us a new key, so we drove 3 miles to the front office to get the newly coded key. My wife told them this was unacceptable, as they made the mistake and should have corrected it. The roads had no street lights, and it was raining heavily. A road to our hotel was closed, due to a car accident. Hydroplaning an officer told me. The woman at the desk was very condescending to my wife. The WiFi worked on my telephone, but not my wife's. I called the front desk again and they explained that the WiFi I was using was discontinued. They had a new one, for which she didn't know what it was named. I explained the old WiFi was working, just not on my wife's phone. The woman suggested I unplug the router, to which I explained there was no router. Again, very condescendingly, she told me, "Every condo has a router." New person, so condescension must be taught there! I explained we were not in a condo, but in a hotel room, to which she simply replied, "Oh. I don't know then." Finally on the day we checked out we decided to have breakfast at the facility. But at 9:30 am the dining area marked Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner was locked.

The property is beautiful and well kept. No photos since I had a business meeting Saturday afternoon and was exhausted from traveling from Germantown, Maryland to Harrisonburg, Virginia. My niece ordered takeout late evening/night from the Virginia BBQ, which was amazing. Thank You.

The activities are top notch! We had a few issues with the room (toilet flushes poorly, really loud AC unit and loud upstairs neighbors) but other than that I would highly recommend this place for quality of service and accessibility for all, a WIDE range of choices of things to do. Be wary of your vehicles capabilities this is firmly on a mountain and uphill in many areas. Definitely recommend!

My husband and his friend stayed there, it was nice but jacuzzi tub spit out brown water when turned on, the shower was draining so slow his friend had to turn off the water and let it drain then go back in. In check out you need to bring your linen and trash out. Considering how much it is a night I expected more.

I hated everything. This is not a resort. More like a motel. My unit was filty. The carpet was extremely dirty throughout and the room smell id mold. The sinks smelled like pee and everything was old and in desperate need of a renovation. The ac and fridge was more warm than cold. The coffee pot was so filty, i was scared ti use it. The microwave is a shared appliance. The whole unit has access to it. To end my visit, i saw a roach and centipede in the bathroom. Ugh...i would never go back there!!! The waterpark is not worth $40 much less $70. Food at the Dnack Shack was old and disgusting. I seriously dont think they use any chemicals to clean the waterpark. I normally smell chlorine at other waterparks, this one just smelled like pee. The whole resort needs a total renovation. Its better to stay at the Holiday Inn in Harrisonburg and just go use the waterpark. Its about 5 mins away.

We stayed in hotel property #6 it was an older hotel the resort is very big. We had to drive to it a little distance to get to the accommodations from the check in. Even though this room older it had a comfortable bed and clean room. We just needed a one night stay as we were traveling far and this was the halfway point. We would do this again.
