This is a newly modeled home with a fenced yard for potty trained dogs! We are 2 minutes from the fun Massanutten resort has, such as skiing, sledding, adventure park, go carts, golfing, horseback riding, indoor water park and way more! There's a mountain-side restaurant too!
The space
Come, enjoy our spacious, stylish, updated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home. We are tucked in the woods, so come enjoy watching the wildlife from our deck, deer, fox, groundhogs…
This house is a two-floor house! There is one king bedroom upstairs that has a in-suite bathroom, there also a new queen sofa pull out in livingroom, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd has bunk doubles it also has walkout screened patio with seating, and large bathroom.

Downstairs has a game room, with a pool table, arcade machines, and plenty of board games.

There’s also a laundry room with a full washer and dryer and a starter pack for you. In the laundry room, you will find a pack and play and a highchair that attaches to the table.

The awesome kitchen is on top floor, open concept to livingroom and dining area, and boasts quartz countertops, and top line appliances, is set up with all essential cookware, a nice coffee station, including an espresso machine.
And 1/2 bathroom off kitchen.
The living room has a gas fireplace, with lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful mountainside, you can walk right out to deck with a new jacuzzi and gas fireplace, and gas grill!

We are minutes away from snow skiing, sledding, skating, your mountain side restaurant! The golf courses, horseback riding, go karting, pool, zip lining, and the list goes on. There are more amenities than you can imagine. The best way to participate in all the resort amenities is just to go to Massanutten's website, and don’t forget the indoor water park!!
Harrisonburg has JMU! And all your major brand stores, the hospital, and is a 13 Mile drive.

The Home has cable TV/ Fast Wi-Fi / And all the streaming Apps on large screen TVs in all of the rooms!
Our water system has been upgraded to give you fabulous water pressure, making for the best showers!

This home has all the comforts of home, as well as the luxuries of vacation living.
