Though just 15 years old, Conifer Lodge was built over 7 years to reflect the character and charm of a historic mountain home. Designed to feel like it's stood for over a century, the lodge blends hand-crafted detail with thoughtful, modern comfort. All the woodwork was done by the owners' sons, giving every corner a story and a sense of legacy.

~Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and either a $1500 damage deposit which is a temporary hold on your card that is released a few days after check out or $100 ( up to 10 days and an addition $5/day after) non refundable waiver required. This will protect you as well as us for accidental damages while at the property. We do this rather than require you to purchase the more expensive policy through vrbo.
~Property is in a quiet residential area — guests are asked to respect neighbors and noise guidelines
~No unauthorized pets. Must pickup after dogs outside, $25 cleaning fee if violated. Do not allow pets upstairs.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge, including all three floors, every bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, game and media rooms, outdoor patio, gas grill, firepit, and the oversized covered porch with seasonal flower boxes. The heated garage is also available for guest use and includes a full-size refrigerator, perfect for extra groceries or drinks.
Access is via a secure lockbox or smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed.
While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a call or message away should you need anything before or during your stay.
