The Black Moose Lodge is a pleasant 1 story home, with an open, light, and spacious split floor plan. The large, open kitchen is the beating heart of the house, making it easy for multiple people to cook and entertain. With two living rooms on either side of the kitchen, guests can either watch TV or retreat with a book or a game by the wood stove. The three bedrooms are split by the living spaces in between. The back patio and fenced backyard with a large lawn is ideal for spending time outside or enjoying a BBQ dinner, making it an ideal home for family or friend gatherings. The circular driveway around the house makes it easy for vehicles with rafts or trailers to drive in, park, and drive out, however, during winter months, the driveway is not plowed through. There is still room for trailers, but the driveway will not be available to pull through during snow season and guests will need to back in or out of driveway.
The three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins), provide beds for up to 6 guests. With the additional sofa-bed in the second living room, the house can sleep up to 8 comfortably. In addition to the walk-in shower, the master bathroom features a large, jetted tub.

McCall relaxation
It was very clean, and lawn was well groomed. The backyard was a great size with a nice patio. It was a quiet area, and they allowed pets which was great. The only drawback was parking you were only allowed to park in the small gravel drive, which was tight if you had to park more than one vehicle.

The property was nice and just as they said it would. Some small maintenance and convenience things could be just a little better. Wood stove worked but not properly and there was no way to split wood to start the fire.
