⛳Adventure is always close by! The boat ramp is just moments away, making it easy to launch the boat and spend the day fishing, tubing, or cruising the lake. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the short drive to Arrowhead State Park Golf Course, where beautiful fairways and scenic lake views create a one-of-a-kind experience.

🍝No trip to the area is complete without indulging in the legendary Italian cuisine of nearby Krebs. Take a scenic drive and treat yourself to mouthwatering dishes and cherished traditions that have made this Oklahoma gem famous.

GUEST ACCESS:

🔑You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from the owner`s closet in the primary suite, attached and detached garages, which are not available to guests.

🚗The neighborhood boat ramp is just around the corner to the east of the property. You can see it from the back yard. Arrowhead State Park and all of the park amenities are approximately 12 miles. McAlester is a 23-mile trip south and Eufaula is 20 miles north, so you`re centrally located to shops + eats galore.

* Ziplock bags for kitchen use and phones for when you are on the lake
* Beach umbrella/tent/canopy if needed
* Back-up plan for rain days. We get a lot of pop-up showers or storms so you may want an umbrella, tennis shoes, or favorite game (though we have several!)
* Water shoes, hiking shoes/boots, and if raining, rain boots
*Golf clubs

💦Please Note About Lake Access--Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to lake access. We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly.

🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting--This home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors. This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful beauty and character of our lakeside retreat!🌅
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.

3. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.

4. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

5. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

6. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.

7. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.

8. Outdoor Use:
Use of the BBQ grill is allowed; please move away from house while in use, turn off propane (if applicable) after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.

9. Parking:
Parking is available on both the East and West sides of the home.

10. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own.
Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
