I thought at the price it would be a newer upscale hotel. It was neither. It is an older refurbished building. Rust on the towel rack. Chips in the surface of the tub. Poor water pressure in the shower. It was clean but smelled of lysol. I like to see my face while shaving but...There was no way to turn on the light over the bathroom mirror. I believe the switch had been removed. Bed was comfotable. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. Location on par with other hotels in the area.

Bad Beds at this Extended Stay America

everthing was OK with the exception of the bed. It felt like an elephant had been sleeping in it. If you fell into one of the holes you had a hard time getting out of them

The lady @ check in was not focused on being curious or friendly, JUST the checkin process. The rooms AC Unit PURED water out of the bottom ALL NIGHT & DID NOT COOL. There was a roach in the restroom and a cricket on the bedroom wall.

You get what you pay for!:(

This is my second experience at this hotel both times we’re not was I expected. Check in went great no complaints, the receptionist was very polite and respectful. However when we got in the elevator to go to the second floor it was super hot. We enter the hallway to the room and the floor looked as though it had been vacuumed but there was pieces of dirt along the baseboards and entrance of some of the rooms. It smelled a little musty in the hallway as well. The room its self was not very clean. There were dirty fingerprints on the back of the bathroom door, the mirror had spots on it. The microwave in the room didn’t work properly, the air conditioner wasn’t running it as cool as it read on the thermostat. The bed was loud when you moved on it, and made a popping sound when you were in the middle turning over.
