Due to a rush of people for breakfast, there was not enough food. After one family got theirs, it was all gone. the desk said more was coming but would take another few minutes. not upset just wanting to note issue. its hard to plan with one employee doing the desk and monitoring the breakfast.

Seth at the front desk was amazing. He was there everyday we were there and was pleasant, friendly and accommodating every time we encountered him. Dominque was also very friendly and helpful too. Our toilet leaked and had a lot of water pooling on the floor, I let Seth and Dominque know about it; Dominque offered to put us in another room. Unfortunately, our room did not receive a "daily refresh", even though we did not hang our do not disturb sign on the front door. Because of this, the water sat on the floor of the bathroom the whole time. Our bed was never made and we did not receive any clean towels either. The obviously old windows really need to be replaced. I know there are a lot of windows and it is going to be a huge expense, however, it is long overdue. It was really hard to see out of them with the hot/cold air transference condensating in the window panes. Overall, it was a plesant stay and conviently located.

Amazing checking in, then find out swimming pool closed and sister hotel across the street would allow us to go over and swim, they would not allow us to swim. No room service for the entire stay, had keep asking towels and rags. Washing machine was out of order for laundry

If you like super tiny toilets, the smallest pillows, and beds ten feet off the ground this is the place for you!! Staff was friendly, checking was quick, overall not a bad stay for the price.
