La casa està bé. Un element important que no vam veure a l'anunci és que és un tercer sense ascensor, quatre pisos a peu si vens del pàrquing. Per la resta, la casa està molt ben equipada, encara que la rentadora es petita i el rentavaixelles està vell i no tots els programes ens van funcionar
