The ocean view room with mini fridge and coffe maker on the 6th floor is nice. We did not like that upon the first night of staying the maid moved all of our stuff around to different places in the room. We stayed for a week and could not get service by the pool. Twice the dropped off a menu but never returned to take our order. Food in the restaurant is so, so. Again the service is terrible. Could management please ask their staff not to mop right under our chairs while we are eating. Clean up when customers depart. The pool bathrooms are disgusting. We would not recommend this hotel.

Check in was fast and easy. Clean all around property. Housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. The pillows need to be bigger, to small and soft. Did asked for more pillows and they were delivered in a timely manner. The check out was a nightmare. Check out about 8:10am and there was a good amount of people waiting. The staff wasn’t calling the next person and kept walking back and forth. My husband had to go up and asked to check out. Other than that problem, we would definitely be returning.
