Hotel looked decent online and got great reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed. The room we got assigned was dirty, stuff all over the floor and the chair had a gross stain on it so we had to move rooms shortly after check in. The new room was better but the bathroom counter was cracked and it is definitely a little outdated. The housekeeping was a hit or miss, some days it was cleaned decently well and other days there was dirty cups left and the shower wasn’t even cleaned.
Breakfast buffet was okay, fresh fruit and juices were great but there was not a lot of options for vegans/vegetarians. Even the scrambled eggs had ham in it. It was very basic and mostly the same every day. There was no allergy cards either so you have no idea what’s in the food.
We had some issues with the front desk staff as well and did not find them to be particularly helpful. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
Due to the high tides, the beach was washed away and they blocked off the entrance to the beach so you could only access the beach through another hotel. Small inconvenience but not the hotels fault.
For what we paid, it was a decent stay but not somewhere we would necessarily want to stay again.
