La propiedad no está a la talla de la marca Marriott. Al llegar, encontramos vidrios y suciedad en el piso. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia y el baño siempre estuvo húmedo porque el extractor no funcionaba. Los sellos de silicón que dan a la puerta del balcón estaban botados y con las recientes tormentas, el viento soplaba en forma de silbido muy agudo. Por suerte, este último detalle fue solucionado con rapidez. De los tres elevadores disponibles, uno estuvo fuera de servicio todos los días de mi estadía. Las toallas de playa que ofrecen a los huéspedes son muy pequeñas y por si fuera poco, nos obligaron a consumir $500 pesos de comida seca e insípida para poder usar los camastros. Inaceptable. Para ser un hotel con menos de 5 años de haber sido inaugurado y con el respaldo y prestigio de Marriott, deja mucho que desear.

I stayed here few times before and loved but it’s sad to see how they don’t enforce deep cleaning on room and bathroom floors nor furniture with damages as a one star hotels. Other than that is a nice and convenient place to stay

I loved the view, the staff at the restaurant are very welcoming and helpful. I would rate this place excellent except the room needed a lot of essentials and I had to be constantly reminding the front desk to bring more (towels, pillows, toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) I found that part annoying but the bed was very comfortable.

Tuve una experiencia en general muy grata en este hotel. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Se agradece también la limpieza general y el aroma tan característico de los hoteles Marriott, que genera una atmósfera de confort desde el primer momento. Además, hay áreas que realmente huelen delicioso y contribuyen a una experiencia sensorial muy placentera. Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles que podrían revisarse para ofrecer una experiencia aún más completa. En la habitación, algunas paredes de la regadera mostraban señales de humedad u hongos, y las rejillas del aire acondicionado lucían bastante sucias — probablemente ayudaría una limpieza profunda en estos puntos. En cuanto a las amenidades, fue un poco desconcertante encontrar la cafetera sin tazas disponibles, y los vasos no estaban completamente limpios, lo cual limita su uso y genera cierta duda sobre la higiene de estos objetos. El lector del elevador también presentó fallas al leer la tarjeta, algo que, aunque pequeño, se vuelve molesto con el uso diario. Finalmente, noté que el acceso a la playa, justo al llegar a la zona de arena, tenía un olor desagradable, lo cual desentona con lo bien cuidado del resto del lugar. Son detalles puntuales, pero que, al atenderse, podrían hacer una gran diferencia. Me quedo con la amabilidad del equipo y con ganas de volver, esperando ver estas mejoras en mi próxima visita.
