Downstairs you have a large living room cum dining room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with storage cupboard and laundry room, a shower room and one double bedroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private balconies and there is a large family bathroom. The garden, which is a special feature of this property is private and beautifully maintained.
