Good location at the airport just a short walk to the hotel. Breakfast was advertised in the lift till 1100. Upon arrival at the breakfast area 0925 we were told that breakfast was closing at 0930. This happened to other guests as well. Not great customer service.

Hotel location is perfect for pre flight. Rooms and shower pretty standard. One restaurant/bar seemed nice but didn't have many casual options. Maintaince could be improved many dings dents scratches in the paint and furniture. Lighting in the room and hallways could be improved.

Pretty expensive for what you get. The breakfast was sub par and the restaurant pretty ridiculous. A 2 eur beer bottle was 250kr! The burger was tiny but 350kr.

The room was nice and the hotel receptionists are very warm. However, my daughter was in a very unsafe and unsecure situation when one of the hotel male guests went into the women sauna where my daughter was trying to relax & he was hovering around with his hard on. My daughter went out of the sauna & reported the incident to the front desk. It is very disappointing that management has not done any safety measures to protect my daughter. This case has been reported to the police and I will bring this up to the management as a top security & safety concerns.

The room was excellent. The bath/shower could do with a good scrub with some bleach. The restaurant is ok. A good selection but not all that much if you are vegetarian. I found the service to be a bit feeble at times, but my meal was tasty and not too expensive given that it's Norway. The hotel is five minutes from the terminal - so worth it just for that
