The location is ideal for active and relaxing holidays, in a few minutes you can reach the nature park Ucka with many cycling and hiking trails, and the pearl of the Adriatic Opatija with beautiful promenades, popular cafes and restaurants. On a 600 sqm property there is a pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and parking for three cars.
Villa Slava has a living area of 224 sqm and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet in the hallway, a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace.
