Our room was tidy and staff were friendly. Location is very good. When we booked through Wotif however, there was no mention that the pool was accessible only for a fee. (Equivalent of $21 AUD per person).

Perfect location with an outstanding service
I stayed here after a long trip and the staff was incredibly nice to me.
Manager Takumi went above and beyond in his costumer service.
The “sleep advantage” program they have was greatly appreciated! You have to try this hotel if you want a well rested night.
Location is convenient to all historical places and it’s really easy to find after the station.
I had a great time here !
