From this space, direct access leads out to the terrace. The 1 dedicated bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. An open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes a further 1 double sofabed, providing yet another access point to the terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.
