Never Again!

Our bath towels were dirty and had hair on them. Asked for replacements and never was brought to room had to go back to front desk and was handed two unfolded. In addition, there was no remote to our tv. Front desk seemed irritated and tossed me a remote however it wasn’t the correct remote. Decided to change hotels for our second night

SAD FUNERAL TRIP

Nice place, right on Hwy 51 and close to Virginia, Harpers Ferry, casino. Everything you need is super close. Nice people too.

Disappointed and won’t come back again

Here’s a draft of your hotel review: I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The issues started with the bathroom— the shower floor was soft and clearly not supported, which felt unsafe. It was obvious the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. Mold was visible on the lamp shade, and the lamps themselves were rusted. The lack of attention to detail continued with the towels—there was only one washcloth provided for two people over two days, which is unacceptable. Customer service at the front desk bordered on rude; there was little effort to make guests feel welcome or valued. As for breakfast, it was unappetizing—everything looked rubbery and unappealing. Additionally, the options were not food allergy-friendly at all, which made it impossible for me to eat safely. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, guest amenities, and staff hospitality. A truly disappointing experience. Stayed here two years ago and this was night and day difference between the two

Weekend stay while visiting family. Staff nice, conveniently located to shopping and rental car facilities. Room was clean. Building is older but inside has been remodeled. Only thing rhat could have been better is a new heater/AC unit. I ess afraid to use heater because it was so old. Would stay here again when visiting.

We showed up and went to check in and the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and just told us “no we don’t have any rooms ready - maybe by 3:30ish” - the pictures were nothing like was the space looked like in person. We ended up leaving and booking another room at a different hotel now losing out on money for this room.

Aged hotel. When we walked in it looked recently remodeled. But cleanliness is where things went wrong. We found a large toenail beside the bed. Cobwebs in the corner. Mold and mildew in the caulk of the shower. Dirt and handprints on the doors
