Run by a sweet elderly couple, the bath, kitchenette and linens were very clean. However, the carpeting was not and the facility could use a good freshening up. It is very convenient to everything in Martinborough and was inexpensive.

Colin and Gail are superb hosts and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. The units are quite tired and in need of some TLC. Location was excellent and the price per night reflected the age. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
