250€ pour ça ?!?

Nous avons passé une nuit à 4 dans cet appart-hôtel le 1er septembre 2018 Déroulé du séjour. 1-Arrivée à la réception : nous demandons deux clés, on nous explique que ce n'est pas possible (l'hôtel est plein et il n'y en a pas un nombre suffisant) 2-Arrivée dans l'appart 212 : on avait compté sur les occupants précédents pour faire le ménage. Le sol est dégoûtant. 3-Ouverture du canapé lit ...poussière et compagnie. 4-Recherche du linge pour faire le lit du canapé : couette recouverte d'une housse tâchée de sang. C'est agréable. 5-1h30 am : ma compagne revient avec les enfants avant moi de notre soirée d'où l'importance des 2 cartes. Notre appartement (soit disant au calme) est au dessus de la piscine. Bruit assourdissant et vibrations du système de pompage de l'installation. Impossible de dormir. 6-3h30 am : je reviens moi même de la soirée, personne ne dort. 6-7h30 am: la sono de la salle de piscine se met en route et finit d'achever notre semi somnolence. 7-10h30 am : coup de fil de la réception qui nous informe (alors que ce n'est indiqué nulle part et que nous comptions partir à 12:00) qu'il faut quitter l'appartement. 8-10:45 : nous discutons avec le personnel de la réception qui nous dit qu'ils sont au courant que les appart 211 et 212 sont invivables car ils sont au dessus de la piscine. Mais qu'il faut bien les rentabiliser Bref 240€ pour une nuit sans dormir dans un lieu soit disant calme, c'est une arnaque intégrale. A bon entendeur !

The room and the service is excellent. The location of the resort was little remote for me driving into it at night time. I wish they had a larger sign and an instruction on how to enter the property at night time. The resort MUST fix the stairs in the lobby area. Big minus for me.

Nice and relaxing place.

Good find. Very good price. We were however put in the older wing of the building, not the same as what is pictured on their web site. Most things a family will need are included. Kitchen is tiny. Very peaceful and nice location by the river but not much else around the immediate vicinity. Staff were nice and very helpful. On site parking is a bit of a problem as parking place is very cramped.

Brilliant stopover for us.

A very nice location right on the banks of the seine. The resort itself is top notch and for the price we paid it was outstanding. Staff spoke English and were super helpful. Beautiful studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen. When you surf the internet back home looking for a hotel often you feel let down or not impressed, but not this time, brilliant choice. Highly recommended.

Special place to stay.

Lovely setting by River Seine and pleasant to walk in the grounds. Area around the apartment complex is beautifully maintained. Each apartment is set overlooking the river. Ours was on 3rd level with roofline and a small balcony. Decor lovely and everything clean and well presented. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was chilly to sleep in though bedroom warmed up after heater turned up. Nice to have such a pleasant stop overnight.

Nice place but lacking in some key areas

Room key was just a blank white card, not even in a cardholder showing the room number. Because of ongoing works there are no room numbers on the doors so trial and error found the room. There is no lift so the hotel isn't suitable for people with mobility problems. There was a kitchenette with oven, but there were no baking sheets or oven proof dishes or oven gloves. So using the oven really isn't possible. The was detergent for the dishes but no scouring pad or towel to clean properly. There was no cleaning materials, so if there was a spill nothing could be used to clean up. Otherwise the room was comfortable but not sound proofed, a school trip was there are the same time and their riotous noisy could be heard until very late. There is a lack of accessible power points, maybe they were just hidden by the furniture.

le luxe est dans le détail... prestation globalement satisfaisante mais : pas eu le lit double demandé: lits jumeaux, pas de lit bébé demandé en chambre : obligé d'aller le chercher moi mème a la réception; travaux de réfection du couloir ok, mais pourquoi avoir laisser tout les matériaux , moquette, pots de peinture, outils... dans le couloirs pour le weekend rendant la circulation pénible avec une poussette

Excellent as always, when passing Rouen I always stay here if there is availability, The rooms are so well equipped, staff lovely and surroundings gorgeous. Well worth a visit, you wont want to leave.

Pretty rural setting but easy to get to by car

It is on a nice piece of property near the water. It would be a great place for kids or people who enjoy nature. The outdoor areas were great. The apartment was fine and clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable. It could use some sprucing up as the fixtures were older, the walls could use painting, etc. There was a decent restaurant across the street, but eating options are limited. With the kitchenette provided, it would be a good idea to bring your own food. The front desk will take your order for breakfast pastries (baguette, or choice of plain, chocolate or raisin croissants.) Reception desk is in the middle of the complex, quite a walk from the car. Apartments can be quite a ways from the car, so if you have people with mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor near the parking area.

outdid expectations

We were looking for somewhere cheap to stay on an overnight trip to Giverny. I found this on line and although the photos looked good one can never really tell. My wife and I were blown away by this Hotel. The grounds were delightful. The facilities were more than we expected. The staff were extremely helpfull and polite. The only down side was the fact that it neede a bit of touching up here and there but not in any way to detract from our stay. we very much plan on returning
