The bed pillows were too hard or firm and it bothered my neck when sleeping. When we arrived, our check in experience late at night was not good. A couple of the USB plugs for device charging were broken. A couple of switches on the walls (one for the bathroom fan especially) were not functional. The clock in the room was an hour behind and we almost missed the breakfast the first morning we were there by the time we had realized it. Thankfully we got down there 6 minutes ahead of closing time and got the leftovers. The bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were very rough and scratchy. Otherwise, the room was clean.
