j'ai rĂ©servĂ© sur le site Hotel vers 20h, j'ai appelĂ© tout de suite l hotel pour avoir des information, aucune rĂ©ponse. Je suis parti quand mĂȘme sur place, hotel fermĂ© au milieu de nul part, j ai cherchĂ© un autre hotel et je me trouve dans un cas de payer 2 fois ma nuitĂ©. Le pire cet hotel refuse de me rembourser alors il n a meme pas fourni cette prestation et a reçu les fonds.
