Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Brice à Marseillan-plage. C'était l'hiver, mais l'appartement est bien chauffé. La déco est trÚs jolie. Les matelas sont bons. Et la cuisine est bien équipée. La mer est proche, pour se balader. Je recommande.

Location appartement !! Marseillan plage

Appartement ou plutĂŽt vieux garage transformĂ© Ă  fuir, hormis l'endroit proche de la plage. ArrivĂ©e devant une vieille porte de garage brinquebalante au RDC dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©equand mĂȘme. A peine entrĂ©es, on voit que c'est un vieux garage amĂ©nagĂ© trĂšs sommairement avec des cloisons en accordĂ©on et Ă©videmment aucune fĂšnĂȘtre sur l'extĂ©rieur au niveau des chambres, salle bain et couloirs plus qu'Ă©troits, les murs et placards sont tachĂ©s et sales, literie douteuse, cuisine piĂšce Ă  vivre minuscule aux murs collants, propretĂ© vaisselle douteuse, on n'a pas voulu s'en servir, mobilier abimĂ© ou dĂ©pareillĂ© ( comme les 2 chaises cuisine rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©es en dĂ©chetterie ?) extĂ©rieur sale avec mobilier idem, terrasse pas nettoyĂ©e, il y a des feuilles partout).poudre pour fourmis et cafards Ă  disposition... Odeur d'humiditĂ© et de moisi dĂšs l'entrĂ©e.on n'a pas pu rester plus de 3 heures que l'on a occupĂ©es Ă€ chercher un autre logement, assises sur le bord du canapĂ© qui ne nous inspirait pas plus confiance.arrivĂ©es Ă  16H15, on est reparties Ă  18h30 environ, soulagĂ©es de ne pas rester dans ce lieu improbable.Comment peut-on proposer Ă  la location de pareils endroits ??? Nous avons appelĂ© l'hĂŽte le lendemain matin, sur rĂ©pondeur. Nous a rappelĂ© en dĂ©but AM et a tout niĂ© en bloc, nous disant que l'on n'avait qu'Ă  prendre un 4 Ă©toiles si l'on n'Ă©tait pas contentes... Aucune remise en cause de sa part !

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schmutzig und ein sehr ĂŒbler Geruch. Im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster, Bett verfleckt. Duscharmatur defekt. KĂŒchenutensilien fehlten, keine Tassen vorhanden. Backofen unbrauchbar. Die Ferienwohnung kann man nicht weiter empfehlen. Umgebung war okay.

L’appartement est bien situĂ©, il est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© Des commerces et de la plage. La propretĂ© de l’appartement laisse un peux Ă  dĂ©sirer et manque de fenĂȘtre dans la chambre. L’entrĂ©e est une porte de garage dont on ne peux pas laisser ouvert car c’est la porte d’entrer mais c’est se qui donne la lumiĂšre de l’extĂ©rieur donc dommage mais sinon parfait pour l’emplacement et pour y passer un petit sĂ©jour Ă  prix raisonnable
