Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- A terrace of approx. 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's parking lot.
