Clean, quiet hotel with great service.

The hotel room was quiet, standard size with pleasant decors and new furnitures. The room and bathroom are very clean. Shower has good hot water supply. The receptionist had already gone home when I arrived there after 6pm. However, I did receive detail instructions & photos in the email how to open/close the front entrance gate, where to pick up the room key etc. I had no problem of checking in to my room. The breakfast food was fresh with good coffee and standard variety. Service was excellent. Will definitely stay there next time.

Por motivos laborales, me vi obligado a abandonar la estancia un día antes de la fecha prevista, circunstancia que fue comunicada con un día de antelación. A pesar de ello, se procedió al cobro íntegro del servicio correspondiente a esa noche no disfrutada. Entiendo que esta actuación se ajusta a la política del hotel y de la plataforma, si bien lamento que dicha política no contemple ninguna flexibilidad en situaciones justificadas y avisadas con antelación. Como consecuencia de esta experiencia, deseo dejar constancia de mi disconformidad y comunicarles que no volveré a utilizar su establecimiento en mis futuros viajes a Marsala.

Sejour de quatre nuits dans cet établissement. Voiture indispensable car loin de l'agréable centre historique de Marsala. Opter pour une chambre côté piscine car l'autre côté donne sur une rue passante, proche d'un carrefour donc buyant. Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct, parking privé. On peut regretter l'absence de reception 24/24, les jus de fruits frais du matin et la location des serviettes pour la piscine.!

Les consignes reçues par Whatsapp pour rentrer dans l’établissement et récupérer notre chambre ont été claires. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. La température du thermostat ne correspond pas à la réalité, nous avons eu un peu chaud. Notre chambre donnait sur la route. Autrement dit, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans un bruit de fou. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct.
