La struttura è ottima con tutti i servizi necessari. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e la pulizia è buona. La posizione è ottima, su una spiaggia tra le migliori per fare snorkeling. La ristorazione è buona e ben organizzata. Anche la clinica dell’albergo è ben gestita, organizzata e accessibile.

Struttura generalmente comoda e funzionale che necessita di qualche piccolo ammodernamento e miglioria. Migliorabile in particolare l'attrezzatura della spiaggia, compreso il beach restaurant. I servizi a disposizione nel resort sono nel complesso ottimi. Camera superior fornita di tutti i confort, con vista splendida sulla baia di Abu Dabbab. La nostra esperienza con il servizio taxi offerto da Karim, che ringraziamo, e' stata ottima (splendida escursione nella citta' di Luxor). Personale cortese e disponibile. Un grazie particolare a Tarek della reception per l'efficienza, cortesia e per le attenzioni che ci ha riservato. La qualita' del cibo e delle bevande e' "accettabile", ma non di piu'. La spiaggia ampia di sabbia fine consente un facilissimo accesso al mare. La barriera corallina che si estende ai due lati della baia e' stupenda. Esperienza bellissima poter nuotare assieme alle tartarughe.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bucht von Abu Dabbab, in der viele Meeresschildkröten und andere Tiere leben. Das Korallenriff beginnt direkt vom Hotel-Strand und ist perfekt zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Allgemein ist der Strand sehr schön. Leider sind die Sonnenliegen samt Windschutz aber so ausgerichtet, dass man das Wasser nicht sehen kann. Man kann eine kleine rote Flagge bekommen, damit man nicht von den vielen Verkäufern angesprochen wird. Die Anlage bräuchte an vielen Stellen mal einen frischen Anstrich. Auch die Strandbar mit Essbereich, in dem Mittagessen und Snacks serviert werden, ist nicht so einladend und recht schmutzig. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant hat uns gut geschmeckt. Leider sind auch dort die Stühle auf der Terrasse schmutzig und das Rauchen ist erlaubt. Wir durften einmal in einem separaten Restaurant essen, in dem mediterranes Essen serviert wird, das hat uns auch gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach, aber mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Die tägliche Reinigung war gut und die Betten bequem. In der Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht viel zu finden. Es gibt aber im Hotel ein paar kleine Läden mit verschiedenen Sachen. Es wird an vielen Stellen versucht von den Gästen noch etwas mehr Geld zu bekommen (z.B. Popcorn am Abend oder frischer Orangensaft am Morgen). Auch das Wifi ist nur in der Lobby gratis und für alle anderen Bereiche kostenpflichtig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir angemessen.
