The bed had 2 large yellow stains on the left hand side of the bed in the middle and bottom Reported the stains to front desk. They took pictures and apologized. The rrom and bathroom was newly renovated and was clean

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! We fortunately have travelled a lot and agreed this hotel was well maintained, clean, tidy, hospitable and very responsive to any requests. Ibtissam & Shamy at reception made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend to friends and family.

An interesting simple hotel - on the positives I liked the juice machine in the lobby and the entrance had a fun vibe, check-in was easy. The room needs to be repainted, and there were three dirty footprints in my shower. There was a good amount of noise from the street and the interior corridors. Room was average size only, and just an okay value.

Marrakech stay

The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice. Highly recommended to spend the stay in this hotel

En arrivant avec mon épouse nous avons trouvé une culotte dabs l'armoire !!! ils l'ont debaradsé sur notre demande. L'ootion de massage est assez compliqué surtour en couple. on a reservé puis on nous a contacté pour nous dire que il y a pas de masseuse mais une demi heure plus tard on nous a contacté pour nous dire qu'ils ont trouvé la masseuse qui manquaient. En plus pour tous les services et massage ils n'acceptent pad le payment par carte bancaire que le cash est accepté à l'exception de la reservation de chambre qu'on a payé sur expedia. Le pire est qu'on faisant le checkout la receptionniste a insisté de nous offrir une carte cadeau pour une nuit gratuite mais à une condition: cad qu'il utilise mon iphone pour faire un review. Malheureusement on a accepté!!! aujourd'hui j'ai contacté l'hotel aur watsapp pour reserver la nuit offerte et on m'a répondu que je dois leur envoyer un screen shot du review!!! pourtant que j'ai envoyé la photo du bon cadeau et malgrès le fait que j'ai voulu payer une deuxième chambre pour mon fils Bref c'est tout par rapport à cet hotel j'ajoute aussi qu e ils répondesnt pas à nos bonjour par bonjour mais ils entre directe en matière
