We had a lovely stay at Palace Africa. I visited for 7 days with my two sons 9 and 7. It was well kept, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The setting is simply stunning, showcasing Moroccan architecture and and the pool was a delight to swim in. The kids spent hours in it! The grounds are beautiful, I enjoyed walking around it in the morning. The rooms are very nice and modern and kept clean. There is a local Saturday market just across the road which is worth a visit. we got some delicious fruits and nuts. We would definitely visit again.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able au Palace Africa. Le rapport qualitĂ©-prix est excellent : pour un tarif abordable, on bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un confort et de services de qualitĂ©, ce qui est rare prĂšs de Marrakech. L’hĂŽtel est un peu Ă©loignĂ© de la ville (20-30 min en voiture), mais c’était volontaire pour profiter du calme ; l’accĂšs reste simple via taxi ou navette. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, un petit Ă©dĂ©n avec une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e et raffinĂ©e, et des chambres typĂ©es offrant un vrai dĂ©paysement. L’hĂŽtel est situĂ© dans un quartier pĂ©riphĂ©rique tranquille, loin de l’agitation du centre-ville. Un immense merci au directeur Rachid, toujours attentif et aux petits soins, qui rend le sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able par sa disponibilitĂ© et sa gentillesse. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est copieux et variĂ©, avec options sucrĂ©es et salĂ©es, fruits frais, jus et omelettes traditionnelles. Aucun problĂšme avec la sĂ©curitĂ© : nous avons laissĂ© des objets de valeur dans la chambre sans souci. La taxe de sĂ©jour (40 DH/nuit/personne) est Ă  rĂ©gler sur place ; elle est parfois mal indiquĂ©e par les opĂ©rateurs, donc il vaut mieux vĂ©rifier lors de la rĂ©servation pour Ă©viter les mauvaises surprises. Un excellent choix pour un sĂ©jour authentique, reposant et enchanteur, je recommande vivement !

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une formule pension complĂšte, mais l’eau n’est pas comprise (2,50 € la bouteille). Le service est trĂšs dĂ©cevant : au dĂ©but il y avait des croissants, puis plus rien. Quand j’ai demandĂ©, on m’a rĂ©pondu que c’était « trop loin ». MĂȘme chose pour les samoussas : commandĂ©s au fromage, servis Ă  la viande, avec la mĂȘme excuse. Le mĂ©nage est fait trĂšs tard (vers 17 h) et parfois pas du tout. L’hĂŽtel compte une trentaine de chats en libertĂ© : ils montent sur les transats et tournent autour des tables pendant les repas, impossible d’ĂȘtre tranquilles. Les excursions proposĂ©es par l’hĂŽtel sont hors de prix : 80 € contre 20 € via Expedia. Lors du dĂ©part, nos bijoux avaient disparu ; aprĂšs avoir signalĂ© le problĂšme, une femme de mĂ©nage nous les a finalement rapportĂ©s. Attention aux vols. Enfin, la taxe de sĂ©jour Ă©tait quatre fois plus Ă©levĂ©e que le montant annoncĂ©. Quand nous avons demandĂ© des explications, la gĂ©rante s’est mise Ă  crier et nous a menacĂ©s d’appeler la police, devant nos enfants. SĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©cevant.

Palace Africa est au calme ce qui est agrĂ©able comme le cadre extĂ©rieur. La climatisation est apprĂ©ciable. Nous avions pris les petits dĂ©jeuners compris, alors peu de choses et il faut quĂ©mander pour avoir tels ou tels choses mais toujours la mĂȘme chose. A savoir sur place : taxe de sĂ©jour 41 dhs par jour et par personne de plus de 10 ans. Le logement est excentrĂ© donc des coĂ»ts non nĂ©gligeables en plus. Pour la place jemaa el fna l'hĂŽtel propose de contacter un taxi pour un coĂ»t de 300 dhs, ne prenez pas avec l'hĂŽtel au rond point il y a des taxis et vous pouvez y aller pour 150 dhs. Pour les excursions idem ne passez pas par l'hĂŽtel c'est dĂ©mesurĂ©, en passant par Expedia j'ai payĂ© 3 fois moins. Pour ce qui est des repas sur place, les prix sont trĂšs Ă©levĂ©s et ça ne reflĂšte pas Ă  mon goĂ»t les saveurs pures du Maroc et les portions petites. Rachid est trĂšs sympathique et vient discuter avec les vacanciers. Pour les personnes allergiques aux chats, l'endroit n'est pas pour vous il y a beaucoup de chats adorables et vous mangez avec eux car ils s'agglutinent espĂ©rant rĂ©cupĂ©rer de la nourriture mĂȘme s'ils ne font pas peine Ă  voir comme ils sont dodus. Donc mon avis : J'ai trouvĂ© cela trĂšs cher et loin de la mĂ©dina mais le calme est apprĂ©ciable aprĂšs une journĂ©e au souk.

Magnifique sejour .

Sejour super relaxant, un personnel a l ecoute merci a Youcef, Ayoub et l équipe qui font un travail extraordinaire.Sont aux petits soins, je recommande vraiment le sejour pension complÚte car carte et vraiment a l image de la spécialité Marocaine

AprĂšs avoir rĂ©servĂ© sur la base des avis sur l Ă©tablissement Dar Ilham, je me suis rendu compte que l Ă©tablissement avait changĂ© de propriĂ©taire sans en avoir Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu ni par l Ă©tablissement ni par hotels.com Le cadre, le jardin, la piscine trĂšs jolis La table de ping pong aussi utile pour occuper les enfants HĂŽtel situĂ© Ă  une vingtaine de minute de la mĂ©dina donc voiture ou taxi impĂ©ratif Bien que de bonne volontĂ©, le personnel Ă©tait jeune et peu expĂ©rimentĂ©, cela s est traduit par des attentes trĂšs longues lors des dĂźners, des petits dĂ©jeuners ouverts Ă  8h mais rĂ©ellement prĂȘts vers 9h. Les chambres sont assez mal isolĂ©es et nous entendions le retour tardifs des voisins MalgrĂ© le fait d avoir fait part de notre dĂ©ception aux nouveaux propriĂ©taires, qui s en sont certes excusĂ©, aucun geste commercial effectuĂ©. Je pense que l hĂŽtel aurait dĂ» accepter les rĂ©servations Ă  partir du moment ou le staff Ă©tait formĂ© et prĂȘt. Pas des la reprise. Nous avons eu l impression de payer le prix normal avec un niveau de service attendu qui n Ă©tait vraiment pas au rendez vous
