The room itself was nice and had a pleasant pool view, and the amenities were acceptable. However, the overall experience was disappointing mainly due to the staff. Most of the staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and had very limited English, which made communication difficult. The food was also very poor — both the breakfast and the restaurants were well below expectations. Unfortunately, the service and dining experience significantly impacted what could have otherwise been a decent stay, specially for what it’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel.

I stayed here to attend AFCON Nigeria Algeria match. Hotel was good, clean, friendly staff. The carpet in the hallways were difficult to walk on but nothing serious.
