A déconseiller, nous sommes arrivé à 1h du matin, hotel complètement dans le noir, la personne qui nous a reçu utilisait son téléphone pour éclairer dans les couloirs. Ascenceur en panne, on devait porter les valises avec un bébé ce n'etait pas facile.pas de climatisation (en panne) avec 48° mon bébé n'a pas supporté. Chambre spacieuse mais pleine de fourmie, mini bar en chambre vide, nous étions assoiffé pas d'eau! Je vous déconseille cet hôtel meme pour un court séjour.

I’m staying in hotel le Tichka since the 28th of July. On your site it says that the room has air conditioning. But it doesn’t say it’s a working air conditioning. Because it’s not working. I am pregnant and I think I don’t have to explain the heat in Marrakech. Another complaint is about the pool. Nobody cleans the pool. It’s very disgusting. The rooms are far from clean and hygienic. There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The smell is really bad. And nobody in the hotel is helping this pregnant woman with these problems. Nobody cares about it. There a other visitors here who spoke to me about the same problem. We are paying for things we are not receiving. The WiFi is not working either only at the main entrance.

L'hôtel n'est pas entretenu depuis des années : - chambres : elles entent très très mauvais ; la moquette, on ose même pas marcher pieds nus dessus ; la clim fait le bruit d'un diesel pour un résultat médiocre ; le coffre fort ne marche pas (2 sur 2 chambres), etc. - restauration du matin catastrophique : peu de choix, il faut toujours réclamer des assiettes, des serviettes, ... Les machines à boisson chaudes ne marchent pas bien, ... Au bout de deux jours, tu fuie. En plus, à part les msmen et les fruits, ce n'est pas bon - propreté : moquettes des chambres jamais aspirée (mais balayée ? ) Resto : sale par terre, (j'ai même vu une arête centrale de poisson par terre un matin ) ; extérieur : des déchets par terre, des déchets non ramassés sur les pelouses ; chaises du restaurant : on a pas trop envie de s'assoir dessus ; chaises longues de piscine dans un état plus que vétuste pour celles encore en état. Seule la piscine est entretenue, c'est le seul point positif - personnel : pas sympa, surtout à l'accueil du restaurant et à la cuisson des msmen. Les serveurs débarrassent trop vite les tables (surtout ne pas s'absenter 2 min sinon tu retournes te servir !). Les femmes de ménage par contre sont très sympathiques. Bref, dans ce quartier, je pense que les 3 hôtels (le Tichka, le Sémiramis et un autre) sont condamnés à fermer car rien n'est entretenu, la route pavée est un chemin, il faut presque un 4x4 pour passer. Ça donne tout de suite un avant goût en arrivant...

Service clientèle désolant, suite à un vol de téléphone dans l'enceinte de l'établissement (qui n'est pas de leur responsabilité) nous avons eu aucune aide de leur part, le directeur a même osé me crier dessus en m'attrapant le poignet. La clim goutte sur la moquette donc odeur de chien mouillé, carte pr l'accès à la chambre qui bug sans arrêt, pensez à apporter vos propres serviettes car ils n'en remettent pas tjr pr cause de rupture de stock.... Je suis très déçue, le seul point positif est la beauté de l'hôtel. Je déconseille, il y a largement à trouver à Marrakech.

Bon hôtel globalement. J’y avais séjourné il y a 13 ans. L’établissement a malheureusement perdu son éclat et son raffinement. Je ne chercherai pas à y revenir absolument. Hôtel devenu quelconque, à la gestion morne. Eau de la piscine, non traitée avec sérieux. Douche de la piscine laissée à l’abandon. Petit déjeuner trop basic, sans plaisir. Personnel de l’accueil non expérimenté. Moquette des chambres à remplacer ! Etc.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec trois lits séparés. J'ai eu un chambre avec 2 lits . J'ai passé mon séjour sur un lit de camps, mal au dos... les chambres sentent mauvais à cause de la moquette pourrit. Le personnel du petit dej pas sympas surtout la femme a l entrée du resto qui demande les numéros de chambre. Pas souriante, presque agressive. Et la femme qui prépare le msemen pas aimable du tout. L'état global de l'hôtel est pourrit. Je ne suis pas satisfaite et je demande un remboursement du lit que je n'ai pas eu . A l'accueil beaucoup de gens se plaignent clim qui coule ou qui ne fonctionne pas. La femme de chambre est très sympatique le seul point positif.

Worst Hotel ever. Hours of delayed check in. No cleanliness. Staff that completely ignore you. No towels provided and had to ask every single day at least 6 times to get a towel. Would normally arrive at least a few hours after request but would disappear again the next day. It is a very outdated and horrible hotel. Dirty swimming pool. Lack of deck chairs. Awful breakfast with hardly any selection or choice.
